1. Special orders, unfinished wood and primed white materials are final sale, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
2. Refunds or exchanges for metal products (Zipbolt, iron railing, handrail brackets, etc.) must be in original packaging, in good condition, and invoiced within 21 days of purchase, and a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
3. Cutting service is not available for standard treads, risers and plywood.
4. Materials over 6 feet cannot be delivered. 5. “Backorder” means 5-6 business days
process. We may need more time to process some special order backorders. 6. The shipping cost on the checkout page is internal testing (unfinished). Some items do not automatically appear on that page. Please email us with the specific items you want to order and the shipping address, and we will provide you with a shipping quote based on Canada Post rating. 7. All shipping refunds and exchanges are not accepted. 8. PayPal’s 3% fee for “order cancellation” (order placed but not picked up) is not refundable.
